Advanced Series

Time & Date: 2pm-3pm, Saturday Jan. 11

Location: Princeton Public Library, teen room (3rd floor)

Speaker: Alan Chang

Title: Computational Linguistics

Abstract: Come solve language puzzles from the North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad. If you enjoy doing math problems, these will be fun too. No language experience required. All you need to bring are your logical reasoning skills (and a pencil).
Difficulty: 1 chili pepper (out of 4)


Recreational Series

Location: Princeton Public Library, teen room (3rd floor)

Time & Date: 3:14pm-4:14pm, Saturday Jan. 11

Description: The Recreational Math Series is designed for anyone with a basic understanding of algebra. It integrates lectures with hands-on activities to illustrate how seemingly simple games and puzzles lay the foundation for many advanced topics in mathematics.
